It uses creativity as a spark to connect young people across social\, economic\, language\, and knowledge divide. By emphasizing diversity and creative exchange\, it fosters resilience\, empathy\, active citizenship\, and equality\, and at the same emphasizes young people with knowledge\, mentorship\, tools\, and know-how. \nOpen Minds uses an approach of radical inclusion\, which goes beyond mere accessibility compliance\, and instead actively selects and brings into a project those who are typically left out as a result of social\, physical\, cultural\, or other barriers.
